Privacy Policy
Last updated August 18, 2026
Quilt Technologies ("Quilt", "we", "us") operates sayquilt.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request early access we collect the information you submit: your name, company name, email address, phone number, trade, average job size, and approximate monthly revenue. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, which our hosting and analytics providers record automatically.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about early access, to understand whether Quilt is a fit for your business, to operate and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use it to make credit decisions, and Quilt does not make loans.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting, database, and email delivery vendors, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep submitted information for as long as needed to evaluate and support your interest in Quilt, unless you ask us to delete it. We use industry standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Requesting access or deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jeff@sayquilt.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
The site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address.
