What Quilt is

Quilt is a financial technology company, not a bank. Quilt does not make loans and does not make credit decisions. Any loans described on this site would be originated by a chartered bank partner and would be subject to credit approval and program terms.

Rates, terms, payment examples, and calculator results shown on this site are illustrative only. They are not a quote, an offer, or a commitment to lend, and they do not guarantee approval, rate, or amount.

Early access program

Submitting the early access form is a request to be considered, not an agreement to provide or receive services. Quilt may accept, decline, or delay any request, and may change or end the program at any time. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your business.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to misrepresent your identity or your business.

Demo content

Any product demo on this site uses sample data. Figures, customers, and documents shown there are illustrative and do not reflect real accounts or real loans.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Quilt name and marks belong to Quilt. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Quilt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
